The assigned broker reviews the lender matches produced by Zink. Before any submission, they manually validate that the recommended loan options align with the customer’s needs and compliance obligations.

They then contact the customer to:

  • Explain the lender options available

  • Discuss rate expectations and repayment terms

  • Answer any questions

  • Provide a link or document summary outlining next steps

This stage combines AI precision with human expertise, ensuring customers understand their options clearly and confidently.

Lender Submission and Approval

Once the customer chooses their preferred option, the broker:

  • Finalises documentation
